101 Great Goals Bundesliga Betting Tips Preview

Union Berlin (6th) vs Greuther Furth (18th)

What was seemingly inevitable was confirmed last weekend as Greuther Fürth confirmed their league status for next season as they have failed to avoid the drop back down to 2.Bundesliga, but despite that, Kleeblätter certainly has enough pride to go down fighting for the remainder of the season and a chance to upset Union Berlin’s push for Europe is on the cards tonight in the capital. But Die Eisernen come into the home clash on the back of four wins – including three points against RB Leipzig – on the spin and a swath of fitness concerns in Fürth’s camp, so Union really should be comfortable throughout despite losing the reverse fixture back in December.

Borussia Dortmund (2nd) vs VfL Bochum (13th)

Another season, another failed attempt at running down Bayern Munich when it comes to Borussia Dortmund. Despite the managerial change that saw highly touted tactician Marco Rose join from Borussia Mönchengladbach this season, the same issues remained regarding Die Schwarzgelben but at the very least the Ruhr valley outfit comfortably sits second in the Bundesliga and remains best of the rest. Their loss against Bayern last weekend was expected, and though they remain riddled with injury concerns, they should be able to dispatch a Bochum side that struggles mightily away from home this term. Dortmund will still look to finish on a high despite their disappointment.

Arminia Bielefeld (17th) vs. Hertha BSC (15th)

Hertha BSC could make a giant step toward Bundesliga safety next season as they look to compound misery on Arminia Bielefeld who are in desperate need of three points if they are to have a hope of securing their own safety as they sit just two points outside of the relegation playoff spot. The capital side has been in better shape of late after winning three of their last five in the Bundesliga, and the fact that they won the reverse fixture earlier this season will give them a boost of confidence despite still being without both first-team keepers. With Arminia winless in their last eight (0-1-7), this is an ideal moment for Hertha to give themselves another chance next season to make the strides they have been longing for.

FC Augsburg (14th) vs 1.FC Köln (7th)

Köln comes into a potentially tricky away day in Bavaria against Augsburg who historically has stood up and been counted when it matters most to secure their Bundesliga survival. Augsburg has been in decent form of late as well (3-wins in five), but Köln has also hit a purple patch at the tail-end of the season, winning three on the spin and four in their last six (4-1 -1), and the fact that they sit just three points outside of fifth, they have every motivation to push for three points away from home tomorrow. The max factor could easily come by way of Anthony Modeste after the French striker has re-established himself as a top striker in the Bundesliga with 17-goals this season. Köln will be confident of a win here.

1.FSV Mainz 05 (10th) vs Bayern Munich (1st; Meister)

Bundesliga Betting Tips Preview | match day 32

There was a period where Mainz had dreams of Europe next season as the entertaining young outfit performed well above expectations, but a combination of a massive Covid outbreak in conjunction with injury concerns has been seen Die Nullfünfer go on a five-match winless run for the second time this term, and without key center-back Jeremiah St. Juste, Bayern should continue celebrations at the weekend. Boss Julian Nagelsmann is set to rest a number of key players as Bayern has secured their 10th Bundesliga title on the spin, but the quality in all areas of the first-team squad means that the Bundesliga giants should not have any overall concerns in keeping the party going on Saturday.

VfB Stuttgart (16th) vs VfL Wolfsburg (12th)

Struggling Stuttgart is desperately in need of a three-point haul on Saturday in front of the home crowd as Die Schwaben have failed to win any of their last four in the Bundesliga – including being dropped by Hertha in a crucial relegation battle – and sit 16th with the prospect of a relegation playoff looming large over their heads. Visiting Wolfsburg will undoubtedly be bolstered by the 5-0 thrashing they put on Mainz last weekend, and though they have truly failed to show up in a way this season that they have been capable in years past, Wolfsburg can look back on their performance and gain confidence in what they can achieve when on form. Despite that, this could end in a draw given the needs of the home side.

TSG 1899 Hoffenheim (8th) vs SC Freiburg (5th)

The fairytale story that is Freiburg’s Bundesliga season continues for another weekend as the Black Forest outfit sits just two points from fourth but only maintains a two-point cushion over in-form Union Berlin in sixth. Christian Streich’s men have only lost one of their last six in the Bundesliga however when they were thumped 4-1 by Bayern Munich. Boosting one of the best defensive records in the German top flight, Breisgau-Brasilianer has the chance to take another step to Europe next season when they clash with a poorly out of form Hoffenheim outfit whose own desires for Europe have taken a massive hit after they have failed to win in their last six outings. The fact that Freiburg the rub of the green in their recent clashes, they could sneak three points in what should be a close contest.

Still sitting at the bottom-half of the table, Gladbach had enjoyed a good run of form before they were brought back down to earth in a recent home loss against Köln before a high-scoring draw against Freiburg last weekend. Given how much they have underperformed this term, Gladbach can at least restore some gravitas this season if they finish in the top half of the table but a result against visiting RB Leipzig on Monday is a tricky a tie as they come as Domenico Tedesco’s men have been rejuvenated in the Rückrunde despite last weekends shock loss to Union Berlin at home. As one of the highest-scoring outfits in the Bundesliga, Die Roten Bullen should be able to come away with all the spoils and temporarily keep Freiburg at bay.

Bayer Leverkusen (3rd) vs Eintracht Frankfurt (9th)

Despite winning the reverse fixture to the tune of a 5-2 drubbing last time around, Frankfurt come into the away day at Leverkusen amidst poor form in the Bundesliga that sees them winless in five and firmly rooted to finishing outside the European places for next season . by contrast, Die Werkself continues to see-saw between third and fourth in a long-term battle with RB Leipzig and comes into the weekend with a three-point cushion good enough to keep them in the top four should they lose at home. But Leverkusen have been good overall this season and continue to impress in an attacking sense. A swath of injuries at current could blunt their ability to find goals though, and despite Frankfurt’s form, a draw may not be out of the question.
